Day 3: I havent disappeared yet
Current weight: 43kg
The food that went into my stomach today:
Breakfast:
- 3 choc chips cookie
- A glass of milk
- 1 huge slice of papaya
Lunch:
- 2 pieces of fish + coleslaw + waffle fries at LJS
*it's not healthy but hey, it's fish!*
Dinner:
- 1 plate of rice
- 1 serving of long beans + chicken curry *drumstick for me*
No in-betweens today but I shall eat something later. As I'm typing this, I'm sipping a glass of HL milk. More proteins and calcium. *shows muscle*
