Day 5 + 6 : Dead tired

Current weight: 43 kg

I had juz gotten back from a short trip to my aunt's house in Kampung Parit Sulong near Muar in Malaysia. The 6th child got married today and my meals were not that regular nor healthy today. I didn't update yesterday cos I was very tired. Teaching and packing up stuffs for tomorrow's trip.

Yesterday:

Breakfast
- 2 half boiled eggs
- 1 cup of milo
- 2 slices of bread

Lunch
- half a plate of rice
- vege + 1/4 of scrambled egg

Breaktime
- half a slice of pizza

Dinner
- 2 white fish pieces + coleslaw + waffle fries at LJS

Supper
- a plate of rice
- vege + 1/4 of scrambled egg + asampedas ikan

And today:

Breakfast
- 1 butter roll
- a slice of toasted bread wif kaya

Lunch
- A plate of briyani rice with 2 pieces of chicken

Dinner
- mee maggi tomyam

Gonna eat my dunkin donuts later for supper. mueheheeee...

Btw, shall be MIA till Wednesday. Will be filling my stomach with food from Port Dickson. yippeeeeeeeeeee~

Day 4: More carbo perhaps?

Current weight: 43kg

Extracted from nutrition.com.sg. Carbohydrates are the best source for providing energy (fuel) for the body, protein (meat) converts poorly to energy in the absence of carbohydrate. So if he only eats protein and very little carbohydrate, most of the protein will be converted to energy, leaving very little for storage which could be the reason he has trouble gaining weight.

So perhaps I should eat more carbohydrates? Things like rice, bread, noodles, cereals, buns and even starchy vegetables like potatoes, yams & sweet potatoes.

Maybe I should try that HerbaLife weight gainer toots wanna introduce? Maybe I should get some multivitamin pills as suggested by the boyfriend? Maybe..maybe I am thinking too much and should just stop typing and eat my slice of honeydew now?

Breakfast
- 3 slices of bread with jam and butter
- 1 glass of HL milk

I need to get a pack of soyabean milk later before my class.

- 1 plate of rice + chicken curry *yesterday's dish lah*
- 1 serving of vege

Dinner
- 1 plate of rice + chicken curry *2 piece of chicken*

And just before sleeping, I had
- 2 slices of buttered bread with jam
- 1 glass of HL milk

I forgot to buy the soyabean milk though. heh. And not much in-betweens for today either.

Day 3: I havent disappeared yet

Current weight: 43kg

The food that went into my stomach today:

Breakfast:
- 3 choc chips cookie
- A glass of milk
- 1 huge slice of papaya

Lunch:
- 2 pieces of fish + coleslaw + waffle fries at LJS
*it's not healthy but hey, it's fish!*

Dinner:
- 1 plate of rice
- 1 serving of long beans + chicken curry *drumstick for me*

No in-betweens today but I shall eat something later. As I'm typing this, I'm sipping a glass of HL milk. More proteins and calcium. *shows muscle*

Day 2: I feel hungry today

Current weight: still 43kg (of course lah! It's only 2days, dimwit!)

I didn't take my nap after my Subuh prayer. Instead I sat with Mummy and had breakfast. I made myself a cup of hot milo and ate 2 slices of buttered wholemeal bread. I wanted to exercise but I was just too tired. I didn't bring enough food to last me for a day. Just 2 packets of Hi-Calcium vege Jacobs biscuits. And what? No fruits? I didn't even eat any vege today *well, if you count that vege crackers as vege servings*. Confirm I won't shit today. Now what did I eat today?

Breakfast
- One cup of Milo
- 2 slices of buttered wholemeal bread

Lunch
- One plate of rice *Makcik gave me so little 8/*
- One chicken drumstick masak korma
- Sambal goreng *with tempehs and tahus*

Munches
- 2 packets of Hi-Calcium Jacobs biscuits

That's all?! I had better stuff myself with food, glorious food tonight. Ok...go! The thing I like about this diet is I can eat a LOT. and the boyfriend feeds me well everytime we go out. muahahahaa.

Day 1: the consultation

Current weight: 43kg

I had just returned from my consultation with Mdm. Dietician. Very friendly doc. I instantly liked her. Some doctors are a tad too aggressive and 'interrogate' you as if you've done something wrong. Ok, maybe they're just too tired after countless streams of patients going in and out of the doc's office but still....

So why did I visit the Dietician? I have been losing weight like hell. I've been noticing this but this change was further magnified when friends told me that I've grown thinner. Mummy told me, "Don't you worry, once you get married, you'll grow fatter." But well, I'm worried because weight has been decreasing for the past few months. And it declines further if I eat any lesser. Now where did all my food go? I don't remember shitting much. I sit in front of my pc almost a whole day. Staring at the pc. Or maybe it's my brain which consumed all the food fats? *looks at mirror to see if head's growing bigger* I have a HUGE appetite which for someone skinny as me, its considered abnormal.

I asked Mdm. Dietician whether it has got to do with my genes. Both my parents are small built and Mummy has always blamed the genes for my small body frame. But Mdm. Dietician said, "Well, it's partly true but if you've been at a healthy weight, you don't have to worry. You should worry now becos you have been losing weight." Boy, am i glad that genes doesn't make me lose weight. hehe.

My eating diet is healthy too. Mdm. Dietician and the 2 nurses who were with us in the room even commended for my diet. Hehe. They were obviously puzzled. And claimed that perhaps I may be too much stressed from work. I had lots of junk food back in school, you name it, McDonald's, Burger King, KFC, Pizza Hut. I quipped, "Maybe I should go back to my old eating habits?" They answered in unison, "Definitely NO". I would not grow fat but perhaps have a heart stroke at an earlier age. LOL!

Her advice:

- Tuna and half boiled-eggs for breakfast/in between meals consecutively
- Buttered bread for breakfast
- Soyabean milk
- 2 servings of fruit
- More sleep/relax
- Exercise lightly thrice weekly

And I shall start today cos I need to gain a bit of weight when I see her in 2months time. Impossible? Nah.

Breakfast
- 2 slices of wholegrain bread
- 1 glass of HL Milk

11am
- 2 glasses of Fresh Soya Milk
- an apple

3pm
- 1 plate of chicken rice with a side vege dish
- 1/2 bottle of drinking water

8pm
- 1 plate of rice + sotong + kacang panjang masak lemak + tempe
- 1/2 bottle of drinking water

I just walked from my class to home for half an hour. Is that considered an exercise? Heh~
